Based on the true story of writer Kang Chang-rae. Da-jung used to be a sweet working mom, but as colorectal cancer strikes her, she gradually becomes unable to eat. Chang-wook handpicks decent ingredients and tries to develop healthy recipes to make a precious meal for his ill wife. Although he may be clumsy sometimes, he begins to realize how to treasure the time cooking and having a meal together with his family.
After 30 years of peace is Kisawazu, the Eight Swords of Sealing are scattered from the Yatsurugi Shrine once more. This even reawakens the Undersea Empire Zabun, who plan on finding the swords and using them to reawaken their master King Orga. As well as them, the mystical embodiment of the phoenix, Yatsurugi, arrives and merges with Takeru Yamato, a young fisherman and regular visitor to the shrine. Now with this new power, Yatsurugi, and eventually the similar deity Kisara, come forth to stop the unsealing of King Orga and return the Swords to the Shrine, as had been dne for many generations before them.
The chronicles of Sakamoto Ryoma, a pre-revolutionary who helped shape the face of modern Japan. The news infuriates Úrsula, who has been in charge of the family business and caring for Estácio since his mother passed away, and does not accept Helena willingly, seeing her as an intruder in the family. In addition to Úrsula, someone who is not pleased with the girl's arrival is Dr. Camargo (Rogério Fróes), father of Eugênia (Ângela Valério), Estácio's fiancée. Even so, Estácio obeys his father's request and takes the girl to live with his family. Helena has a cheerful and outgoing temperament and her arrival affects everyone's lives. At first, she is hostile to Úrsula, but later wins her sympathy.
