Tatiana Singer is obsessed with the late 70s, experimental, cult classic film, "SIN3056843". She sets out to meet the film's reclusive director to understand the meaning of the convoluted film. Ken Kaneki, a bookworm college student, meets Rize, a girl his own age with whom he shares many interests.

Motel Melati was originally an old Dutch colonial estate which was converted into an inn.
