Upon entering college, Narumi forms the Asunaro Group along with four other boys and girls. Dyesebel is a popular mermaid character created by renowned graphic novelist Mars Ravelo. The story has been adapted into five films and a spin-off, throughout the timeline of 1953 to 1996. Edna Luna, Vilma Santos, Alma Moreno, Alice Dixson, and Charlene Gonzales had all played the lead role in the big screen, and all of them reached greater heights after playing the role. Ara Mina played a cameo role in this character in the television series Darna.

Palos is a Philippine primetime action and drama television series of ABS-CBN. The series debuted on January 28, 2008, as part of the network's Primetime Bida line-up. The series is loosely based on the classic Filipino comics and film character of the same name Palos, which means Eel in Tagalog. In the original comics, Palos was a professional thief who possessed acrobatic skills, and who was adept in the fighting arts.

Chandon Pictures was an Australian comedy television series that premiered on Movie Extra on 10 November 2007 and ended on 7 May 2009. The series featured sixteen episodes and was a spin-off from a Tropfest short film produced by Rob Carlton and Alex Weinress. It followed the misadventures of a struggling video production company called 'Chandon Pictures.' Rob Carlton, who plays the main character, is the younger cousin of Brian Carlton, The Spoonman talkback host on the Austereo Triple M network. This was revealed when The Spoonman interviewed Rob. On 10 July 2008, it was announced that the series had won a second season and it had sold format rights to its distributor Lionsgate. The first season premiered in the UK on Dave on 19 February 2009 in a 10pm slot. It was also aired in the US on the Sundance Channel.

Feels Like Home is a series about 4 boys who move into their FIRST house away from home, together. But most of all, the show is about giving you a glimpse into what boys really are like. What are their insecurities? What makes them behave the way they do? What do they REALLY talk about when alone and vulnerable? The show is meant to take you through that transition from boys to men, in a real, funny, and sometimes ridiculous.

Ikeda Yoshimi, a 28-year-old editor of a literary magazine who loves otome games and loves good-looking guys, will be in charge of a gourmet magazine even though she is not good at eating with ultra-small meals. However, she notices that when she eats with good-looking men, her appetite increases, and she pursues "good-looking rice" to improve her small meals.
